He is a Licensed Certified Public Accountant from Montana State, USA He is also an Associate Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW) & Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
Debraj has profound knowledge of SOC Audit, financial reporting standards such as ( US GAAP, IFRS, UK GAAP & Ind AS). Debraj is an expert in the complicated technical accounting matters such as IFRS to US GAAP, mergers & acquisitions accounting, lease accounting, revenue recognition, etc. Debraj advised many clients on IPO advisory, cross-border acquisition, etc.
